Getting your socks to you

SockEm ships to United States addresses. Orders of $50 or more after discounts qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Standard shipping below $50 is $4.99; expedited shipping costs extra. Please allow one business day for processing; you’ll receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge appear at checkout.

Our 30-day return policy

You may return unworn socks with the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. We refund the price paid for returned items after they arrive at our office and we confirm the return meets these conditions. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

1. Contact us

Email support@sockemstore.zendesk.com with your order number, the name used for the order and the items you are returning. We will help with return instructions and a prepaid USPS return label. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, tell us what happened so we can make it right.

2. Pack and send your return

Pack the socks securely with their original tags. Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel. Send your return to: SockEm — Main Federal Office, 1740 North Federal Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80204. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is complete.

3. Receive your refund

Once we receive your return and confirm eligibility, we will issue your product refund. A return request alone does not trigger a refund; the items must be sent back and received by SockEm. Your payment provider determines when the refund appears on your statement. Contact us with your return tracking number if you need an update.
